It Hardly Ever Rains! II
Re my earlier article about claims by those who should know better that hardly ever rains in London:"Mayor of London Boris Johnson claimed it was dry 94% of the time.
Olympic minister Tessa Jowell said: "In the unlikely event that, at some point it rains, people are used to pulling on raincoats in this country."
Maybe they should take a look at the London Olympics webcam?
